He has led Deepam Hospitals Group through a transformative phase. Under his leadership, the group expanded to 12 locations, propelling the Deepam brand into the forefront of South India's healthcare sector.

Professional Journey

Dr. Karthik Pandian is an anesthetist, forward thinker, and passionate young healthcare entrepreneur with over 9 years of experience. As Managing Director, he has transformed Deepam into a trusted multispeciality hospital chain in Tamil Nadu.

He holds a medical degree from SRM University and a master’s in anaesthesia and critical care from Chettinad University. He is also an Advanced Cardiac Life Support trainer certified by the American Heart Society.

Blending clinical expertise with visionary leadership, Dr. Karthik brings bold ideas and unwavering commitment to patient-centric care. His mission reimagines healthcare not as a business, but as a way to truly impact lives—making Deepam Hospitals known for affordable, high-quality care for all.
